Comprehensive cover — service, parts, and controls

Response Times
National providers work from contractor pools and cannot guarantee which engineer will attend. In busy periods — cold snaps in January when boilers fail across the country simultaneously — waiting times can stretch to days. British Gas HomeCare Complete currently starts from around £33 per month. Our Gold Plan — the most comprehensive we offer — is £19.99 per month. Bronze starts at just £9.99 per month. The savings are substantial over a full year.
Plans for Landlords
Landlords have two non-negotiable annual obligations for rental properties with gas appliances: a gas safety certificate (CP12) and a boiler service record. Managing these across multiple properties involves scheduling, following up with tenants, and retaining documentation.
The BoilerSense Gold Plan includes both the annual CP12 and the annual boiler service in a single plan. For landlords, this means one monthly payment, one local company handling all your compliance obligations, and documentation managed and filed on your behalf.

Direct Debit Set Up
Your plan starts immediately once your monthly direct debit is set up. No tie-in for the first three months; 30-day cancellation notice thereafter.
